This process identifies physical limitations or imbalances that may affect your golf performance, providing you with a personalized exercise and training program—all accessible from the comfort of your home

What does our process look like?

  • Schedule a free discovery call

    We start by hearing your story, your sport, and your goals—whether that is playing golf pain‑free, returning to running, or getting back to lifting and everyday life without limitations.

    The goal is to make sure you’re a good fit and choose the right program for you.

  • Get evaluated virtually or in-person (MA only)

    You’ll complete a top‑down evaluation to identify movement, mobility, and strength deficits contributing to your pain or performance limits.

    For golfers, this includes a TPI‑based golf screen; for runners, a runner‑specific performance assessment. From there, you receive a personalized 12‑week plan built around your sport, schedule, and goals

  • Start training with confidence

    You’ll follow a clear, progressive plan that scales to the demands of your sport—whether that’s golf, running, or another key activity.

    KPI tracking, strength benchmarks, and mobility measures show you exactly where you are starting and how you are progressing back to (and beyond) your previous level.
